These forums are the property of BioComp Systems.

The use of these forums is, and has been, provided at no charge to persons at BioComp's sole choosing and is not, and has not been, limited to license holders of BioComp products and is in no way to be construed to be a part of your product license purchase or lease. The principle purpose is to provide a private area of sharing amongst users and other authorized interested persons.

You have no right to use these forums and BioComp has no obligation, implied or otherwise, to provide this service and may terminate, discontinue or interrupt this service to individual persons, or all persons, at any time, for any reason, at BioComp's sole discretion.

Terms herein include the terms you agreed to when registering for these forums, including but not limited to agreeing to not post any abusive, offensive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented, unduly critical or any material that may violate any applicable laws or treaties. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). Any judgments on the definitions and applications of the above terms and any terms used elsewhere in this document are at the sole discretion of BioComp.

As a user you agree that any information you have entered in this group is considered authorization to BioComp, and any forum users, to freely use said information in any way they so choose, including but not limited to, in their personal and/or commercial systems, products and/or services. However, any one using information in these forums is self-obligated to determine whether you can use said information, as IP rights may not be available due to patents, trademarks or other intellectual property restrictions. For example, if someone posts an algorithm here, it does not mean you have rights to it, as it may be covered by a patent or copyright.
